• Quick Summary of the newsletter.

  • We are doing the sale a bit early this year to address the new US tariffs and EU Deforestation law coming into effect at the end of the year, which will affect latex prices as well as the availability of colors for up to 6-9 months.

  • Rush orders are not eligible for the sale as shown. If you chose the rush option and add the coupon, your order will be refunded the “rush fee” minus the non-refundable 4.5% merchant fees

  • We ship from Canada! (Prices are still shown in USD!) We moved the main workshop here 3 years ago, so all international customers need not be worried about counter-tariffs, as all items ship from Canada.

  • New EU Deforestation law hits at the end of the year. We have been warned by 4D Rubber that this may cause a 6-9 month period where no latex is available, so if you have been thinking of getting an item in a color best to order it now!!! We are also expecting an unknown price increase on sheeting due to the costs to certify their plants, which will be passed on to us. Prices may rise the moment 4D announces the final increase.

  • US customers

    • On Aug 29th, the US will remove de minimis, which allowed all items under $800 to enter the US with NO fees - Duty / Tariff / Tax / Paperwork (Broker fees).

    • Items under the CUSMA agreement are exempt from this, but must have a certificate of origin.

    • All hoods & their accessories will still arrive free as we will send a box every other week to our US workshop with the paperwork to re-ship from the USA directly to avoid “broker” fees on packages.

    • Purses are already made in the US and will ship directly to customers.

    • Bondage gear, clothing, and other items will NOT ship to our US location for redistribution for now due to the weight. They will ship directly from Canada with their Canadian Certification of Origin, which exempts them from any of the tariffs. We hope to find a cheap & easy ship direct service, but due to the ever-fluctuating US policies, we are not 100% sure, as they change/stop their terms/services frequently due to this as well.

    • With the removal of de minimis, these shipments may still be charged your current state’s sales tax on arrival (Unclear as of this moment) and possibly a broker fee for paperwork filing.

    • Canada Post has suspended all shipments to the US for now due to this, so we are forced to possibly use DHL ($12 broker fee for paperwork filing + possibly taxes?) UPS/FedEx fees are too high. If Canada Post resumes to the US, we will use that, as USPS charges no broker fee currently (Still may owe state taxes & they may change fees due to increased paperwork)

    • US Rush orders will be delayed until the next box going out, unless you wish to have it shipped directly (Can email us for the current options & Fees if applicable)

    • New terms & Conditions on the website & checkout to ensure you understand this, as if you reject the package, we only refund the total amount minus shipment fees and 4.5% merchant fees. These are NON-refundable.

    • You can order the heavier items and request that we email when ready to check current shippers and fees, as we hope to resolve this once the new policy is set and Canada Post resumes shipment to the US. If you decide to refund it, it is no problem, but all refunds are minus the non-refundable 4.5% merchant fees.
